• Working together, we will figure out the estimated price range that is best for you, including monthly payments that you can live with. We will explore financing alternatives and will either answer all your questions or get the answers for you.   We will give you an estimate of the total cash you will need to buy the home of your choice, including down-payment, closing costs, and a breakdown of your projected monthly payments.
• I will carefully pick out properties now on the market for you to inspect that seem to meet your needs and financial requirements. We will provide you with information, and show you ANY property currently listed for sale, including those homes listed by other real estate companies.
• If you need an agent and information on communities outside our service area, I will consult with any of the other Coldwell Banker offices.
• Before you make a decision, I will show you a copy of the offer form we use, so you have an opportunity to review it and ask questions.  We will help you with the preparation and presentation of an offer.
• I will help you with all the details of the mortgage, from the time you first apply until you are handed the keys to your new home and will keep you informed every step of the way.
• I will give you information on other services you might need: homeowner's insurance, home inspections and home warranty.
